Hotel Le Fontanelle's pretty main building dates back to the 13th century, part of an old country estate. All rooms have beamed ceilings and terracotta floors. They overlook the surrounding vineyards, woods, and valley. Modern facilities such as LCD satellite television and internet access are also provided. The staff was incredibly attentive and genuinely caring—we never felt like anything was missing during our stay. A special shoutout and heartfelt thank you to Carlo, who went above and beyond to take care of us. We booked a private dinner at their villa, and it turned out to be one of the best nights we’ve ever had. Carlo anticipated every need and made sure the evening was seamless. When my girlfriend realized she had forgotten her cardigan in the room, he immediately brought her a scarf so she could stay warm and comfortable. This level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail truly reflects the outstanding quality of service here. We are deeply grateful—thank you for making our experience unforgettable!

The 28 rooms are all luxurious and decorated in classic tuscan dècor, some accommodations include a private balcony with views of the rolling hills, the forests, or the Borgo itself. Additionally, they are equipped with flat-screen TVs, free WiFi, and cozy bathrooms. The location, being a tiny collection of old buildings nestled in the hills is stunning! The room was beautiful, service absolutely amazing, could not fault stay here at all! We did wine tasting in a 12th century wine cellar and got to sample some amazing wines. This then followed into a really lovely dinner with exceptional service. They also included breakfast which was probably the best I’ve had in any accommodation in Italy!

Set in Tuscany's countryside, Castello di Spaltenna Exclusive Resort & Spa is an ancient monastery from the 10th century. It offers 2 swimming pools, one of which is heated, a restaurant and spacious rooms with Sky TV. Loved the terrace overlooking the hills and vineyards for the morning breakfast. There were numerous stations with may choices including fresh fruits, breads ,rolls, meats, cheeses, eggs and fresh juices as well as cappuccinos and expressos. The staff were professional but friendly. The infinity pool overlooking the hills and vineyards was stunning. We loved the wellness facility with the beautiful steam rooms, ice showers and jacuzzi. Every effort was made to assure your stay was one you will never forget. We loved it!

The Club House offers a spa centre. You can play mini-golf and tennis at this 5-star hotel, and the area is popular for cycling. Probably one of the most iconic stays I’ve ver experienced. I’m fairly sure they read your mind and know what you want/need before you do. Exceptional would be an understatement.

Absolutely stunning hotel .the landscape , food and drinks are all stunning .the staff are wonderful and very accommodating.
