The staff were very friendly and kind - particular thanks to James (x2), Amber, Mone and Yang who were all very helpful making sure our stay was comfortable. They organised trips for us to the caves and waterfall as well as providing a complimentary buggy service to restaurants. The Mekong Sunset Cruise led by Asri was an absolute highlight and a must do. Last but not least, the breakfast quality and service was outstanding.
