Youssef, with his infectious enthusiasm, made me feel right at home with his friendly demeanor and attentive service. Kiecylen was equally impressive, always ready with a smile and eager to assist with any request. Her attention to detail and willingness to help made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is a masterpiece, boasting elegant decor, luxurious amenities, and a fantastic restaurant that offers a delightful culinary experience. I felt pampered and relaxed throughout my visit. Overall, my stay at the Grand Hotel was nothing short of remarkable. It’s Muscat’s best kept secret, Nancy samy at the reception was an angel , she helped with taxi booking etc . Sanjay at the reception. The staff at breakfast in the coffee lounge was wonderful. We deeply thank Gopika , the chef , kitchen team , Rati , Jake , Naveen & Shamol made it a dream vacation for my elderly mum , son & me . Everything was awesome including well cleaned facilities, well trained staff and beautiful hotel. Made our stay unforgettable.

Featuring a terrace, the 5-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. The accommodation provides a kids' club, room service and currency exchange for guests. I stayed at this property for about 2 weeks and it was a great stay! The apartments are comfortable, clean and spacious. Really felt like being at home. Full kitchen (including an oven), washing machine, refreshing shower, comfy sofa. Nice pool area and a very large fitness center that faces the beautiful mosque across the street. Staff is friendly and helpful. You'll need a rental car to get around, or download the Otaxi app (which is what I did). Works just like Uber. Really enjoyed my time staying here and would absolutely stay there again the next time I am in Muscat!

Fabulous Location..Staff were brilliant..Amna at the reception was so helpful..the lifeguards Hassan,Saif and Sami were brilliant for advice regarding where to visit and again ever so Helpful..The breakfast team led by Sabrina,Fernando were amazing..Fantastic breakfast..Our room was cleaned and left in a perfect condition by Rabbi, Jessen and Ibrahim..We stayed for 16 nights and cannot fault the service.
