Excellent property with real character in nice and quiet area. We had two dogs with us and there was a plenty of space to walk them. We loved the hotel but staying only for one night we didn’t get a chance to make the most of what it had to offer. Clean, spacious, excellent food, wonderful and helpful staff - especially lovely Julia who put our personal things (food) in the hotel’s fridge over night. Small shop in the hotel allowed a purchase of a local products We would love to be back there again!

The bed, blanket and billow were so soft as if falling asleep in the clouds. The breakfast is very tasty. My warm greetings to the super nice guy, who welcomed us at breakfast, offered coffee of great view roof terrace at lunch and possibly made coctails in the evening. I did take some nice pictures from roof terrace in the evening, but unfortunately I did not go to the bar.

This traditional 4-star hotel in a neo-classical building in the centre of Klagenfurt is only 200 metres from the pedestrian zone and the Lindwurm Statue.

The family (owners) and staff of the hotel were lovely. Although it is not an adult only hotel the atmosphere was so relaxed and the view from the park and the lake completes this wholesome experience! It was the perfect stay to celebrate our 4 years anniversary and we will definitely be coming back.

staff were very nice, they helped with any problem we had right away and with a big smile. the hotel looks like a real palace, its probably one of the best hotels ive been to. overall it just feels like one of those "wins" when booking a hotel.
