I had an amazing stay at The Poet Hotel in La Spezia! From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding. Isabel was particularly fantastic—so warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The entire team was lovely and made me feel welcome, ensuring a smooth and quick check-in, even earlier than expected, which was a great bonus. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of the city, making it super convenient for exploring La Spezia and catching the train to Cinque Terre. The tea-making facilities in the reception area were a lovely touch, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. My room was a great size, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities, including Netflix on the TV, which was a nice perk. The bed was comfortable, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was stylish yet cozy. I would highly recommend The Poet Hotel for anyone visiting La Spezia—amazing staff, great facilities, and a perfect location!

Beautiful view from our room with a nice balcony and umbrella. Room was very clean, good size bathroom with bidet. short walk around coastal promenade to shops and restaurants. Lovely breakfast with a view.
