We stayed here last Saturday and had such a wonderful experience. The property is small, with only two rooms, which makes it feel very private and peaceful. The architecture is beautiful, blending perfectly with the surroundings, and the view of the paddy fields adds such a calming vibe to the whole place. The staff service was superb – from the warm welcome to the attentive care throughout our stay, we felt truly valued. Everything about this stay was intimate, relaxing, and memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet getaway in a charming, natural setting.

Only good notes here. Mario is extremely helpful host, he gave us tons of very useful advice about Srí Lanka, also he helped to pin down the perfect travel itinary plan around the country. He offers free ride to the airport, but if you would like to discover Negombo and/or the surrounding area, he is the perfect guide also. He arranges a nice trip to the nearby river, which was really beautiful! Highly recommend this place, a perfect spot to arrive to / or before leaving Srí Lanka. Also the room was super clean, with a mini kitchenette area (sink, kettle), the bed and bedsheet were super comfy.

The room and bathroom was very modern and spacious. The kingsize bed was firm and comfortable with good bedding. The hotel is located in a quiet back street close to the beach and restaurants and within striking distance of the airport which was the main reason I chose to stay there. The staff are very friendly and attentive, and the manager Mr. Sirisinghe earned extra credit for organizing a late check out for a reasonable fee. Although breakfast is not included in the price, the breakfast buffet is good value for money and offers a wide variety of western and sri lankan choices.
