Such a delightful surprise at the end of a long day. You send notice and they have the jacuzzi heated and ready for you , private and so relaxing. A sauna too ! As your checking in the take your breakfast order which is cooked just for you at your choice of time. Fabulous. The heated bathroom floors are wonderful on a winter night . The room was both spacious and clean. The manager is a good guy. Despite I accidentally hit and tumbled his moto-scooter (which caused some scratch on it) when I was parking my car, he was very polite and well-mannered to me, (I assume) since I was a customer. This means true professionalism from my point of view.
