Great hotel with client-oriented staff. Receptionist changed the rooms to the higher floor facing the park when we asked about it. There were no tea kettles in the rooms but when we asked about them, they were immediately provided to us. Spa center is clean and well kept with nice smell ) non-smoking policy of the hotel makes it the best choice)

Excellent location, cleanliness, comfortable setting, kind, professional and helpful staff. Well appointed and professional wellness and spa centre ( with Ms Ivana Vujic's caring attitude). I really liked the hotel, it is conveniently located, very clean, comfortable pillows and mattress, there is a kettle, tea and coffee in the room. The spa is very cozy, it is necessary to register the time and it is very convenient because the visit is individual. The breakfast is not a buffet, according to the choice from the menu, but I liked it better- hot omelette, toasts, hot croissants. The girls at the reception and in the restaurant are wonderful, with a desire to help and explain.

Everything in the building was accessible and perfectly functional, there was complimentary coffee and a little book shelf, and all the facilities were perfectly clean and cleaned daily. The location is also excellent and close enough to anything we needed. The staff was also incredibly kind and courteous.

Clean, cozy, fully equipped apartment in the centre of Vrnjacka Banja. When I say fully equipped, I mean that you can find from baby chair and bed, up to corn flakes, dog bowl and rakija/beer in the fridge :) Everything was perfect, it was worth every penny. Hosts were very polite and friendly, they even let us enter the apartment earlier (than the check in time) because we were with small child.. we got parking spot in the underground garage. Next to the entrance of the building you can find big supermarket with all kind of groceries..
