The staff were so friendly and kind - I had food posioning 2 days prior to arriving and they were so helpful and checked in on me often. The hot water shower was amazing and the bed was huge and comfortable. 10/10.

Cristina and Carlos went above and beyond to make everything fantastic — they organized a private tour to Carbonera to see the wax palms, one of the best coffee experiences with brewing methods, horseback riding, and even restaurant suggestions. Everything was arranged instantly and worked out perfectly. The Wi-Fi was excellent (great for remote work), communication via WhatsApp was quick and attentive, and the property itself has a modern, fresh look and feel.

A TV with satellite channels, as well as a laptop are provided. Each room comes with a private bathroom. The staff was excellent. Welcomed us with a big smile. Provided us with everything we asked for, such as playing cards, ponchos, boots and more. The breakfast was fabulous from different fruits, breads and hot food. We also had dinner at the hotel that was 10/10 freshly made.
