Wow! What a fantastic spot to get away from it all ! My husband and stayed at Leadwood camp , which was spotless. We loved that you can walk around the area, sit out by the fire , swim in the beautiful pool or just sit out front on the comfortable chairs . We just needed one more night , two was def not enough . Would we stay here again would we recommend - yes and yes!! If you want natural beauty , peace and quiet and yo walk away relaxed then this is your spot 😃

Beautiful lodge, lovely people, great food (excellent diner and the best breakfast we had in South Africa). Would have loved to stay here a few more days (we stayed 2 nights) to experience all this lodge has to over (game drive, bush walks, spa, etc.).

Great room design and location overlooking the olifant river! Food prepared by the chef and his team is delicious and the attentiveness of the waitering team is commendable!

We could not have made a better choice of lodge. The lodge is small (max 10 people), the food is great, the staff is lovely, the surroundings are very peaceful and quiet and the safari’s were unforgettable. We spotted lions, a leopard, zebras, giraffes, elephants and much more. We were extremely surprised but the quality of the food and drinks and the lovely ambiance and attentiveness of the staff at the camp. 10/10 experience all-round.

One of the best places we visited during our three-week honeymoon, thanks to the kindness and attentiveness of the staff, the breathtaking views, and the sense of peace the place offers. What makes it even more special is knowing that your money supports a project with purpose, focusing on environmental sustainability, education and local community. One unforgettable moment was waking up at 4 a.m. to the sound of heavy footsteps, only to discover two giraffes right in front of our tent. Encounters like this are rare given the size of the property, but it shows the beauty of the surroundings. Even on your way to the lodge, you might spot some wildlife, almost like having your own private game drive. We also did a sunset drive with a guide, which was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend spending at least two or three nights here, with a full day dedicated just to relaxing in the lodge.

Bundox Explorer Camp in Hoedspruit provides adults-only accommodation with a bar and a shared lounge. There is a private entrance at the luxury tent for the convenience of those who stay.

Excellent service from from Kristian and Jenni, they definitely went over and above to provide outstanding service, the food was beautiful and very tasty, the staff was very friendly and professional, always willing to help and the rooms were very neat. The bush walks, night fires camps and game drive were very fun and beautiful, it was a pleasure booking with them. In summary , it was a fun experience of a luxury camping. Definitely do it again
