Wonderful breakfast selection of both cold and hot food options, Dinner was of an equally high standard . I was accompanied by my daughter who speaks fluent German whereas I do not and was delighted to find five English speaking channels on TV (And not confined to news broadcasts!) The views from the hotel were lovely since Fiss is very picturesque. The hotel staff and local restaurants were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel bedrooms and bathrooms were of high quality

the room was very spacious, little desk, big tv, bathroom was warm and comfortable a nice appraisal to the creativity of the cleaning personnel to fold the duvet. Breakfast one of the best I've had in an hotel, there was everything needed, healthy and plenty of stuff to chose from. I had one simple meal, maybe on the expensive side, but the best schnitzel I've tried in my trip between Austria and Germany. Soft and defiantly cooked with high quality butter, but light. excellent. could not get the chance to tried sauna and pool

Nested at the heart of the Tirolean Alps this gem of a hotel is the perfect stay for anyone wishing to explore the region. The concept of small chalets is ingenious, giving it a true village feel! Our apartment for perfect for our family of three, and very well equipped with a spacious dining area & kitchen and a wonderful terrace from which you could relax listening to the river nearby. The pool area is exceptional, with one of the best infinity pools we have ever been in! The wellness area has multiple saunas, catering for all needs, and a lovely relaxation area. It has great facilities for children, including an indoor & outdoor play area as well as a kids pool. The food is absolutely fabulous (we had breakfast & dinner), with mouth-watering mains & deserts every night. The location is great for anyone wishing to mountain bike or ski in the surrounding areas. The staff is very friendly, welcoming & always helpful! We can't wait to go back!

A high quality, clean and perfectly managed hotel. Food is amazing, delicious. Served fishes are fantastic prepared. I recommend everyone to take half board. Views on mountains from all rooms I guess cause the mountains are all around. Congratulations for the Owners! Everything in this hotel works perfect :) All personel is very kind, friendly, smiled and polite. We have felt preety well and thank you for that :) We wish you planty of guests and still a lot of satisfaction from your work. This hotel is really worth to spend time in there. Nice location in Oetz, close to city center, not that far from the the Lift. The accommodation includes the Summer Card, which is perfect for using lifts, visiting places, getting free access or discounts to various places like Aqua Dome. Decent breakfast was included in our accommodation, but you can select also apartment with kitchen and make your breakfasts by yourself. There is also small garden and small swimming pool, but we haven't used it due to weather and fully packed programm. The owners are very nice, you get your room cleaned/maintained multiple times during your stay. Our room was smaller, but with nice terrace and very nice bathroom with cosy shower. You can park your car outside of the house. Next time, when visiting Oetz, we will be thinking of coming back here.
