The hotel is located in a very beautiful place, with amazing views over the surrounding mountains. The owner was very friendly and offered us a free upgrade. The room was very clean, spacious and after a very long trip it was the perfect fit for good relaxation. The breakfast was superb!

The location and facilities is perfect for cycling, hiking, etc or simply seat back, relax and shutdown. Garden and Spa, beautifully setup, I give 10 points to it. The evening dinner is amazing, not regreted taking the half-board package.

Excellent in every way. Well trained, pleasant and efficient staff who clearly take their lead from the owner, who could not have been more attentive. Everything of the highest quality. We were demi-pension with a limited menu for dinner ... but, still lovely choices, beautifully cooked.

We have been in Alpenschlössl in December 2022. Very clean, good spa area with attentive personnel. This part of hotel is great for people who wants to have more calm atmosphere than in the main building. By the way very good quality of manicure, a that is rare to find. Takes time but worth it 100%. Cool bar with view, a cocktails and intertainment. I have forgotten my belongings in the room and they were sent directly home. Service was great!

The vista from the balcony was lovely. Had an unexpected swimming pool! The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable, gave us extra towels for the pool, couldn't do enough for us. Safe and secure on site parking for our motorbikes. Best breakfast of the whole trip. I'd stay here again and really look forward to doing so.
