The room was spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. To the staff at Hotel Resort Villa Luisa, take a bow! A job well done. Wonderful stay at this oasis of peace. The hotel is well located, 5 mins walk from the ferry, lake, shops and restaurants. Our room was on the top floor and had a beautiful view of the gardens and lake. Our bed and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom was new. We had plenty of hanging space for our belongings. The hotel is spotlessly clean, furnished elegantly and comfortable. The staff are superb and really look after you.The food is excellent, we wished we had booked half board ( we will next time) The Gala dinner was very special , live music beautiful setting. I used the Wellness relaxing area and gym. A real bonus for me was the free Yoga classes. We stayed 7 nights and were sad to leave. We are a couple who are quite fussy to please, but it was all just perfect for us.
