The guesthouse and the family are amazing. This was one of the best highlights of my European travels. Extremely good value, amazing scenery and the food was delicious. The young kids are extremely polite, work really hard and speak English very well. Room had a nice view, and it was nice to watch the animals around the property and nearby.

Such a beautiful location, the room had everything we needed, and the food was great. It was so absolutely worth the extra hike up to the place! If you do the peaks of the balkan, then there even is a small path that will lead you up through the forrest to a nice a view point before it links up with the main trail again (instead of going back down to town)

Mulberry tree outside my cabin. They had just come in season. The breakfast was big including large amount of jam, bread, butter after eating local eggs etc. The hosts were very friendly & the 2 young sons helped with English translation. I tried the dinner & it was also big & inexpensive. Better value than any restaurant there but you must give them notice in the morning. Nice sitting outside next to the cabin for meals or just reading with some view of the mountains from my end cabin close to the gate. There’s wasn’t much noise from the nearby road, minimal traffic. Bus picks you up right outside.

The views!!! 360° of mountains! The owner was incredibly kind and provided delicious breakfasts (included) and dinners (extra cost), both with lots of homemade good food. The accommodations were spacious and clean.
