Staying with Stephen was great! The apartment is located right near the main train station and four tram stops from the city center. The bedroom with its own bathroom was comfortable and clean, the wifi was fast. The use of the living area (kitchen, balcony, living room) is also allowed to the guests. In the morning you can make yourself a cup of tea or coffee free of charge. As a host, Stephen is a very kind person and really interesting to talk to. He has a lot of great life stories, from being an ex michelin star chef, to being a luxury hotel owner, which he loves to share in an interesting way. The price for the apartment was great, given the fact we reserved our stay the day before we arrived to Vienna. In conclusion, we would recommend this place to anyone, looking for a comfortable apartment in a good location with a great host!

Few minutes walk from transport hub. A small shopping mall with food and supermarket. Few stops from train station and old town. Nothing to complain of. It is mend by a family I supposed who are very friendly. Although my room door is hard to open but once you have master the tactics. It will be as simple as ABC. Breakfast is normal but that is enough for me to last for few hours. Before leaving, the boss still have me a gift which is a surprise for me. Lastly this is not a place for someone who is expecting hotel standard as this is more for people who wants to experience daily life of Vienna people

Amazing room with everything you need for rest. Good cleaning service. Very detailed instructions for check-in so that you don't need any additional assistance. Furthermore, mattresses were so comfortable! I wish I could find out where did they bought them

Perfect location. It's a bus stop near to the hotel and Prater ( very easy to get to the airport and to the most intressant places in Vienna). Very friendly staff! They helpt me and gave me all that need for kitchen. Personal speaking English, German and other languages. Very cosy hotel. Enormous big hotel rooms!! Very clean hotel rooms.

Giordano was a very nice and attentive host. He was kind, responsive and very accomodating. The apartement is clean and quiet. It is located very close from the metro. The area is nice and safe. I definitely recommand.

Booked this room for a friend. Friend said: Everything is PERFECT. - You can see even it's an old house, but they have made their best to offer the best experience for guests. - The Staffs are sweet and helpful. Even I woke up late, they preserved the breakfast for me. As I had serious jetlag, Frau Tereza was being helpful. - Location: Distant from center, but public transportation connection is good though. 26A bus directly to the Pension. - Self check in system at night is easy to operate. - As the price is around 55 euro, will visit again.

Clean, modern property in a quiet district. Felt very safe. Fantastic location with a tram stop directly outside the front door. 30 minutes by tram from all major attractions. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful.
