The room was well furnished, nicely equipped and quite charming. The toiletries were nice and the coffee pods and machines were a welcome treat. Also liked the complimentary bottles of water. All this in a quiet location close to one of the canals.

Very good position. 15min walk from the city centre but there's also a shuttle bus, if needed. Since we came by car, it was very convenient to have a free parking spot in front of the house! I very much liked all the details and comforts of the room, which was nice and cosy!

Everything very clean, organized and quiet, very comfortable bed and place. For those with a car, there is free parking, it is easy to drive to the Biekorf car park in the city center, where you pay 1 euro per hour. The breakfast was amazing.

There is a lot written about the property itself. Its high standard, ideal location, furnishings with taste.... All this is true, the photos reflect the property 100%. What's more - if you think you forgot something - don't worry, you will definitely find it on the spot. Nina has already thought about it. But while the property is important, it's not the most important thing. The most important thing is Nina and Frank's service. Their help in every situation, every time you think it's impossible, they will do everything to make it possible. I've traveled quite a bit and many times memories of a successful stay were obliterated by terrible service. In renting, it's a matter of trust. You rent not only a comfortable apartment, but also the comfort of feeling safe, understood and satisfied. You can be sure that with Nina and Frank nothing will disappoint your expectations. Everything was incredible! The experience of staying in a 15th-century townhouse was a highlight of our trip. David, the host, was everything one could expect and more, with his hand-prepared breakfasts a highlight in particular. Overall, we couldn't even have dreamt the overall experience being better than what it actually was!

Excellent communication, great location, lovely little place tucked just behind Langstraat. It was the hottest weekend of the year so far, but there are plenty of windows and skylights to open and let air through. The shower was great; the loo is downstairs (as it's a coach house type apartment) but that was fine for us. We didn't use the kitchen but it seemed well ordered and good if you wanted to make your own food, etc. The mezzanine bed was setup on the floor - given the heat we were expecting to do this, so it was great that it was already setup. For a family of two adults and two children under 10, this worked out really well for a weekend. Very much liked the complementary bottles of Zot on arrival! Would recommend!
