I loved the shade of the palm trees. The property next door was undeveloped so we had jungle views from our window which was lovely. It was great having a water dispenser in the room. Nice and peaceful on the edge of town. Really enjoyed the free bikes for whizzing around the island.

Abel was so helpful in making sure the WiFi was working and helped us into town at times. The place was so amazing for a traveler with the beach front location. We loved the bikes usage also and that he supplied filtered water. Caye Caulker itself is amazing. What a fun little getaway place!

We were pleasantly surprised at the size of our accommodations and were happy to use the kitchen after purchasing breakfast items from the local market. Jaguar Morning Star is away from the hustle of the main strip; making it quiet and peaceful. We were especially happy with use of the free bikes to get back and forth from town. The family that owns the place was kind and helpful.

Everything was perfect! The guesthouse is beautiful, clean and comfortable, with common spaces to hang out and bikes/kayaks available free of charge. Strong Wi-Fi and credit card is accepted at no extra charge. It is very close from restaurants, the Split, Stingray beach and the tarpon feeding area. Cecilio and the other staff members are all very friendly and helpful, give great recommendations and maintain a good atmosphere in the hostel. I would definitely stay here again!

Chila was so friendly and provided clean water for us during our stay. She recommended restaurants and things to do, made herself available via WhatsApp for any questions or concerns, and provided two bikes for us to use with no additional charge. The room was nice and cool (thank goodness for AC) and clean. It was great having a safe in the room to store our belongings!
