We received a warm welcome from Soraya and noticed immediately how clean and comfortable she keeps her B&B. The bathrooms were spotless, the showers were strong and warm and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast in the dining room was lovely and Soraya was very friendly and helpful to us throughout our stay.

It's a new hostel so all the facilities are new, which is awesome - very cosy beds. The host was extremly nice and since I was the only one in the room he asked me when do I want to have breakfast next day. I would definetely stay here again.

The room itself was very spacious, clean and had all you need (while still being fairly simple). Fabian the host was AMAZING! We had a great time with him. He gave lots of recommendations and didn’t mind translating everything as we speak very basic Spanish. His service was truly a unique experience.

I gave this a 10/10 because Betty is really a woman from a magical realm, and so her staff Miss Venezuala, I like them all and they live in peace and let you just do your thing. The accomadation is very clean and I was nervous about going in a place and smelling a bad smell and there was none what so ever. It was a little room but it was peaceful and the mind is free to have wonderful thoughts. I like Felix the Cat and seeing hes little sleeping face in wonderland.

The receptionist, Karen (apologies if wrong spelling) was friendly and helpful in giving recommendations and helping us book a taxi. The shower and bed were comfortable. The place was clean and well decorated. Secure place.

The location is perfect, only like 4 minutes away from the main square. The clean was clean, the same as the toilets. It was quiet and I had a good sleep during the two nights I stayed. The breakfast is good and tasty enough to start the day. The staff is very nice, professional and helpful with any tips or information concerning the area. I great stay in Punta Arenas indeed.
