I have no words to describe this accommodation. Daphne's apartment was perfect for us. It is very cozy and beautiful and it had everything what we needed and more. Every detail was amazing! Regarding the location, it is pretty close to the old town, around 20 minutes walking. The area is very quiet and finding parking is not a problem. Daphne gave us many recommendations and was very friendly and communicative. In short: it has been the best place where we have stayed during this holidays! I highly recommend it :)

The place was quite good, clean and cheap. Also the owner was very friendly. She recommended us two places for dinner and breakfast. Moreover, she had a private parking place for our car and made a caffe for us. We can highly recommend this place.

It was right beside Ledra street.We reached the crossing in 2 minutes of walk.The room has old Venetian decor.Perfect place to stay in Nicosia & explore the northern Cyprus for a day trip.

Really hard to find more caretaking host of your comfort. I mean seriously You can't. The apartment is almost overequipped. The place has its own soul with lovely trees inside and outside the house. There are three cats and one dog totally undisturbing your privacy, but happy to introduce themselves. It was really lovely stay that I can recommend to any couple who likes to see and expiriance new places. The localisation is Perfect to visit many: 25 minutes drive from Nicosia center, 30 from Larnaka, close to Lefkara and other historic villiges You have to visit, also close for some trekking trails. there is also really cheap gasstation nearby. Perfect base to travel across east half of the island.

I enjoyed our accommodation, as it was what we want to have. however the checking it time was not that great, as we arrived at the accommodation very late, as this was not our fault of picking us up from Larnaka by the hosting country for our conference. It was disappointing arriving that no one there for us, especially a people from another part of the world that are not used to be like this. But one lucky angel saved us, sitting outside of the accommodation that doesn't know what we are going to do. NO place to sleep. Otherwise the rest of our stay was all okay..

It's the last house before the buffer zone starts, in the very center of Nicosia, within a walking distance of literally everything, including the Ledra checkpoint, a supermarket, some nice cafés, restaurants... Provided balcony even offers a unique view of the buffer zone, simply the best place to book for those fascinated by the modern history of Cyprus. Among the regular things - check-in and communication with the host were all fast and simple, the instructions were clear and comprehensive, the apartment was equipped with everything we needed for a 4-day trip including some simple kitchen amenities and useful guides on where to visit (we found some real gems thanks to these). Altogether a great stay was provided to us!
