We were the first people to stay in this charming guest house, with Nymphenburg Castle on one side and a flower garden on the other. I thought the picture of the castle through the window was doctored, but it really looked like that! The bedroom was a nice size and the location was great, with two tram stops close by, a cafe and bakery just a few yards away, and a place to sit in the garden and enjoy breakfast. I loved running and walking through the grounds of the castle (and I hear that the botanical gardens are very nice). Constantin was very responsive when we needed anything.

Very nice, quiet and comfortable location. The staff even picked us up from the sbahn station, and offered to take us to another location for a wedding, all free of charge. We had a great time there!

My family and I stayed here for one night in September. The location is fantastic. It was a basic, no frills, affordable room for four people. The shared bathroom was clean and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. In fact, I forgot an expensive mouth brace in the shared bathroom and only realized it after leaving Munich. Not only did they find it, but P. Hadian graciously shipped it back to me in Canada! Now that’s what I call exceptional service! Thank you so much!

The location was amazing. Very quiet. There were a lot of animals (cats and a hedgehog) when we looked out our window, which was so cute and fun to look at. The staff was also really nice. There were vending machines with anything you would like. Even an ice cream machine! Unbelievable. We really enjoyed our stay!
