It's in a lovely old building in a quiet residential neighborhood. It has a beautiful little garden in the back where you may take breakfast, or simply enjoy any time of day. Although an old building, the bathroom is modern and attractive. (It appeared to be recently renovated.)

There is everything you need to stay overnight. The room was clean. The owner was very nice and helpful. He helped me to put the bicycle into the inner yard and also organized the breakfast at 7:00. The place is bicycle friendly. There is even a charge station for e-bikes. For such a moderate price I had an exceptional experience.

Small out of the way property outside of town. Looks like it’s popular with bikers and hikers with its proximity to trails. Breakfast was really good with a lot variety. Has a very nice beer garden on site that’s serves good food.
