We love at all !! A truly atmospheric guesthouse, boasting breathtaking views of nature. Impeccably clean rooms that exude a brand-new feel from floors to furnishings. The beds were comfortable, and our family of four settled in with ease. Daily cleaning was exceptional. The breakfasts were not only delicious but also served with panoramic views of meadows and forests. The hosts , Max and Christoph, created a unique ambiance where guests freely mingled and engaged in evening conversations, adding to the enchanting atmosphere of the place! My family and I stayed in the Family suite and it was a wonderful experience that exceeded my expectations. We drove from Triberg and the views are really breathtakingly beautiful. Nestled in the Black Forest, the Gasthaus is so well taken care and really was a welcome retreat of relaxation. I met the new owner and she was so welcoming and accommodating to any request. They spoke perfect English and made us feel at ease upon arrival. The balcony with the mountain view is a relaxing and stunning view. Breakfast is in a beautiful room and delicious (especially the coffee and meats & cheeses). It was a great experience and I really recommend anyone to stay here in this friendly and clean environment. Thank you Gasthaus zum Kreuz for a great stay.
