Our expectations were exceeded. Breakfast was good and included in the price. The location was spot on, right in the middle of everything. The room was clean. We usually stayed at Cala Esmeralda and it takes about 15 minutes by foot. Highly Recommend the place.

The view of the bay is really spectacular. I really enjoyed my stay. Both the owner and staff were very helpful and kind. The room itself was simple but clean and comfortable.

We come at least 2x to Portocolom - and I was really happy this time. We had room 206 - which was more spacious. We were the ones who thought we booked until monday but it was until sunday. So even with our mistake the staff was friendly and Hugo relocated us to another hotel. The hotel is basic and clean and the connected restaurants are so good! Location is for me the best. Not too crowded - feels more local. Best Beach S'Arenal 40 min by feet. I like the breakfast as buffet - good value for the money!

The place was perfect for our stay. Comfy beds, clean rooms, good coffee and food on site. The guys were super friendly and helpful. It was very central. Short walk to lots of beaches and restaurants.
