It is a renovated property that has the charm of rustic style with updated amenities. A washer and kitchenette were very convenient and we could make coffee/tea anytime. My room was cozy and warm, and I had a balcony with table/chairs that I would have loved to use but for the chilly weather. Owner was super helpful and attentive.

Perfect location for pilgrims in the heart of the city with 3 supermarkets and a laundry within a 3 min walk. The Roman bridge is 10 mins away and Playa Mayor also a 10 min walk. Very new and quiet

When all the bottom bunks in one room filled up, they opened another room so no had to climb a ladder. Washer and dryer. Several showers. Clean. A couple dining options close by.

Considering the cost, the rooms are comfortable. Plenty of parking in the hotel. Breakfast is one small glass of orange juice, one hot beverage (coffee, tea, milk), and something to eat (sandwich, croissant, etc). A restaurant and kind of a bar share the same building as the hotel. The heating works well. There's also an elevator. The building is not old and is well-maintained. Maybe there are, but I did not find any major attractions in the neighborhood. If you have a car, you're around 10 km from Ourense and the thermal pools. Check if the pools are open if you're going for the hot springs. I was told that most of them were flooded by the Minho River and there was only one free site and one paid site (both around 15 km from the hotel by car) open to the public.

Hostal La Cubana offers accommodations in Carballino, 18 miles from As Burgas Thermal Springs and 5.1 miles from Pazo da Touza Golf. With quiet street views, this accommodation provides a balcony.

Casa Do Avo is very, very clean and the hosts are clearly very thoughtful in that regard. The bathroom was large and I didn't mind that it is shared, that was no inconvenience. Large rooms, great beds, and nice views. The breakfast area had a juicer, coffee, and a large array of breakfast options. In the evening we had a snack of our own food and were happy to have the table for a place to eat.
