Very lovely and attentive staff. Delicious breakfast, especially sweets. Very clean. We loved chocolate-themed deco. Chocolate smelling soaps in the room were cherry on the top. Great location!

Actually the place has exceeded my expectations. Staff excellent, facilities clean, parking space available, good place to eat within a walking distance recommended by the receptionist, and another surprise was the breakfast , included in the room price, I didn't even know that, was excellent. Overall 10/10.

The hotel was super clean and modern!! I was surprised at how nice the room was. Reminded me of something I would have stayed at in North America. Breakfast options were good and someone was at the front desk 24/7 to assist with any needs. Taking the Cercania into the center of Madrid was super easy and convenient. The hotel was a 6 minute walk to the station.

The hotel i s situated on the perfect place. Оpposite the hotel is the Royal Palace. Our room was big and very comfortable. The staff was kind. The bed was also comfortable. Enough furniture. Every day it was provided free of charge instant coffee and tea bags. Near to the hotel there were good places for breakfast and dinner.

This was a perfect stay for us, plenty room, comfortable bed, good hot shower & spotlessly clean. Also had a Kettle & some Mugs despite a new trend of not providing these. The location was perfect, central for walking to everything and with plenty of bars & eateries nearby. Would stay again.
