The hostel owner is very attentive, and all the staff are incredibly helpful. They assisted us with everything, from planning our trip in the city to our transportation needs. You can also ask any questions during your stay via phone or message, and they respond immediately. This will definitely be my choice for every visit to Mallorca. The rooms are perfectly adequate and clean. I can confidently recommend this place.

Everything was great. Hotel running from two brothers which are very helpful and polite. Me and my wife really enjoyed few days in this hotel and if we come back again we will choose this hotel. Breakfast is extremely great and everything served very professionally, fast and high quality. Don’t spend your money and time searching for something else. We really recommend to book this hotel. Parking was also available all the time around hotel free of charge in September 2025. Location of hotel is also great, everything accessible by short walk. Our ranking 10/10!

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We looked forward to our breakfast every morning as there was lots of variety and tasty eggs made by the lady working at that time. The location was very close to plenty of restaurants and bars and also easy to get to the bus route into Palma.

This was my second time in Hostal Pons. Everything about this place is amazing. Location is great, in city center, very close to very good cafes and restaurants. Airport shuttle bus stop is 5 minutes walking distance. Victoria and her brother are so polite, friendly and helpful. Rooms and the whole place is extremely clean. I recommend to stay in this place :) and Im sure I’ll be back when Im in Palma again :)

Apuntadores 8 has a large rooftop terrace with panoramic views over the city. It is situated in Palma de Mallorca’s old quarter, just 50 metres from Plaza de la Reina Square and Paseo del Born Avenue....
