Exceptional! Absolutely stunning B&B located within the walls of medieval Carcassone. Beautifully furnished and equipped, would loved to have stayed longer to enjoy the wonderful ambiance fully. The breakfast was delicious and in such a relaxing setting. We can't praise it high enough, would love to return and will certainly recommend it to our friends and family. Also, the parking was close to the entrance.

Large, thoughtfully appointed room and bathroom on one of the few quiet lanes in the otherwise bustling old Carcossone. The host was very efficient and helpful, and the food and service at the auberge restaurant, which is open to the public, was excellent.

Awesome views, nice room. Contact with staff was through the booking app at all times, but it was fast and efficient.

Everything! The property is located in a quiet village within easy reach of Carcassonne, Limoux and the many surrounding villages. Our room was cool, comfortable, impeccably clean and very well decorated room with a great bed that made for an excellent night’s sleep after exploring the area. The inclusion of teas and homemade cookies was a lovely touch. The bathroom was large and had a great shower. We had home made breakfast each morning and our hosts, Jean-Francois and Claude, both catered for and entertained us. Sorry to leave, and looking forward to returning.

This is a really lovely gem of an accommodation. Lionel, the host was kind, friendly and helpful, especially in assisting me parking up my bike in their back yard. Their home is also their work-place where they create, design and produce the most amazing pieces of pottery. The 'gite' accommodation was of good size and immaculate. A coffee machine and sweet biscuits were a pleasant addition. The village has bars, restaurants and a supermarket, all within a 5-10 minutes walk. The room was cool and quiet, ideal for a good night's sleep...

Enchanting project run by friendly hosts. Its a 300 year old factory turned into a guesthouse and cultural hub. We visited in low season but the common areas and room in themselves were interesting enough to make us wish we had more time to just enjoy the surroundings.
