I stayed here for a few days while visiting Paris, and it was a wonderful experience! The host was lovely and super helpful, always making sure everything was perfect. There was nice tea and coffee available for breakfast, which was a great touch. The room was really clean, and the bathroom was spotless every morning. The water pressure was excellent, and the bed was very comfy with a nice, cozy duvet — perfect after a long day of exploring the city. Some people told me this area wasn’t great, but I actually found it really nice and comfortable. The apartment is right above a metro station, which made getting around so easy, and there’s a great taco place and a bakery open early just downstairs. For the location and quality, the price was really good — great value for money. Overall, I had a lovely stay and would definitely come back or recommend it to anyone visiting Paris!

Great location - 5 min from Metro. Very quiet neighborhood and clean streets. Restaurants are very close and fair prices. Claire is very kind and welcoming. Communication was so easy and English language was perfect.

The venue was better than the pictures. The owners are extremely helpful and professional, and the facilities were great. 5 minutes away from the train station that will take you to the best districts of Paris. And the room was beautifully decorated for Valentine's Day.

Quans homestay was really perfect for us. We have already decided that this will be our accomodation always when we visit Paris. Perfect location with a metro station on the doorstep, perfectly comfortable accomodation which would be a perfect fit not only fot a short, but also for a longer stay. The Villa is a great place to stary for few days in Paris. Lovely Gardens around the house. Close to the metro station. Kitchen that is fully equiped and free coffe;) If we visit Paris we will try to book again the Villa for our stay

Jerome was a great host and made it very comfortable and homely. Felt like I could treat the place as my own and ask questions about Paris in general. Great breakfast and was nice speaking with him. Will use again.
