We stayed at Kern in Seytroux to get away from the busier ski towns around the Porte du Soleil. We were away for just 2 days of skiing and were looking for one night accommodation. Kern was the perfect choice! The town is super quiet, the rumble of the river by our window put us soundly to sleep. The room was lovely. The bonus was dinner at the restaurant. We eat out a lot and our 5 course meal was superb and beats out our favorite restaurants. The staff are very accommodating and were able to ensure we had our breakfast earlier than normal for us to get back out to the ski hill. We would return to enjoy the area more and do some hiking - another stay and chance to eat at Kern would definitely be part of the plan! We arrived in the evening and left early in the day so didn't get a chance to enjoy the beautiful country-side.

Very nice room, newly updated and finished comfortably. Extremely comfortable bed. Great continental breakfast featuring delicious croissants and baguettes. Perfectly en route while doing the tour du leman on bike.

Our stay at La Villa was wonderful from start to finish. If you are looking for a chilled getaway, this place would be perfect - as the property is based in a stunning, wonderfully quiet and relaxed village about 30 minutes outside of Geneva. Our room was a great size, very quiet, comfy and also included a good breakfast. Nernier itself is quite small, but the waterfront is perfect to place to relax late afternoon and have a swim. Yvoire is just down the road, and can be walked to. Eric was a fantastic host as well, and was always on hand if you needed anything - thank you!

This is one of the best places I ever booked via booking.com! Everything was excellent: personal communication beforehand and on location, the room (comfortable beds), the breakfast (served individually with fresh orange juice and delicious bacon and eggs). The room is part of a big house, situated in a small hamlet near St. Paul-en-Chablais, ca. 300 m above Evian-les-bains. The host does most of the work on the house himself. The room has nice wooden furniture. It is very quiet and calm, with a nice view of the Savoyard mountains.

Set in Le Biot, 25 km from Evian Masters Golf Club, Chalet LA MINE DE BUCK offers accommodation with a sauna, a hot tub and spa facilities.

Location suited really well- just a 7 km drive from the property to Morzine where we've been skiing and the price was 3 times cheaper than any other accomodation in a ski resort. Totally worthing the money. Very nice breakfast and living room always available for eating, for a chat or relaxing. The host is extremely nice and full of like. They realise we are all coming from different countries and different cultures. They really know what tourism means and interested in meeting new people. I found everything very nice, I heard in France usually people care mostly about the money they earn, but here is not the case. We felt very welcomed and supported all the time we stayed there.
