It was perfect. A lovely room with a kitchenette so it felt like an apartment. I really liked the room's decor. It was bright and relaxing at the same time. It was great to have a terrace area too - and all this just a five minute walk from the beach! Florence was very pleasant too.

The place was nestled in nature and still near to all places along the coastline. Laura and Terry were amazing with the breakfast and tips and we really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel actually operates along with the underlying bistrot and I have to admit that it was fantastic having spacious rooms overlooking the beach. Rooms have comfortable beds and are equiped with all the means one may need, such as Wi-Fi, small fridge, espresso machine, hair-dryer, A/C and a large flat TV set (we did not get use of the latter). We had our rooms cleaned (really thoroughly) and our fridge resupplied with a pair of water bottles on a daily basis. Not only our hosts (Eloise and Nicolas) were really helpfull, but all the hotel and bistrot staff was suberb trying to fulfill our needs. The underlying bistro is used to serve French-style breakfast, offering a wide variety of sweet and savory dishes that truly exceed our expectations and varied preferences. Apart from breakfast, dinning at the bistrot is strongly suggested. All the plates are suberb, but I'd suggest trying those based on fish. It is worth to mention that the kitchen was extremely clean that there wasn't any fishy smell indicating that fishes were really fresh on a constant basis. The hotel is located right across the street from the beach so we had the opportunity to swim at every chance before having breakfast. The beach is clean with pebbles and is getting deep rather quickly which we really like. Finally, the hotel is ideally located close to the airport and yet without the traffic congestion of Nice, nor the crowded city centre. This is the ideal place to act as a base for journeys to other destinations, such as Nice, Monaco, Menton, Antibes, Cannes, St. Paul du Vence, or even Marseille. Last but not least Cros-de-Cagnes train station is within walking distance; trains along with local buses provide reliable travel alternatives to all the above destinations. Important notice: The hotel does not have a lift; so it is not suitable for people with kinetic disablilities. This was not a problem for us, but other people may need to be aware of.

Excellent breakfast, Jeremy and Christophe make you feel at home, and they know about where to eat out and about nice day trips. Very comfy bed which is often a week point even more expensive places.

This place is and absolute miracle. Not only the location and the design of everything on the place but it is really the charm and hospitality of the hosts that are making your stay an unforgettable experience. We do travel a lot, but rarely we come by places like this. It is beautiful, cosy, original and most carefully kept.

Gorgeous host and lovely property the shower was fabulous and bed very cozy. After a four hour drive our host greeted us with cold water and home baked loaf which was delicious- street parking below was easy we were very happy would highly recommend ! 🌸
