Spacious room. Table and two chairs so didn’t have to always sit on the bed. Staff excellent and friendly.

I have been back 4-5 times now as it’s a great place to stop over on a work (or leisure) trip - lovely clean and spacious rooms, lots of hot water, parking and very quiet. The breakfast is ‘do it yourself’ continental but that gives you more flexibility - and there is always loads of food, plus nice touches like milk and orange juice left in a fridge in your room.

Good property close to the town with a phenomenal view of the river and a friendly owner who will satisfy you with good care. Good kitchen facilities with high security! Highly recommend stay at Preston

Exceptional and beautiful.... Like a diamond in the rough... This place offers more than expected... The facilities are out of this world. The room was so comfortable and clean.. The bathroom was so clean and plenty of washing products in case you forgot your own.. Kitchen was fully equipped , I even washed up cos I didn't want to leave a mess.. Quiet place , nice welcoming front room downstairs. I would 100% recommend the Modern Nest for a stay and will definitely be staying there again when I visit my family Thank you so much and well done 😁
