We spent 5 days at the Thames Edge Rooms in June. The room is very cozy and stylishly furnished. We occasionally used the gazebo in the garden for breakfast or for a glass of wine in the evening. You can enjoy the peace and quiet on the sun loungers on the banks of the Thames. We found Tim and Anni to be very friendly and helpful hosts. This location is particularly suitable for fans of the Midsomer Murders (Inspector Barnaby) and Agatha Christie. We really enjoyed our time there.

Lovely and comfy place with lots of details. Clean. Easy check-in. Friendly and curious chicken. We had to check out of our previously booked appartment due to problems with the accessibility of the appartment and only stayed here for a night. We wished we would've booked here in the first place and could have stayed longer. Definitely recommend if you want a quiet and pretty place.

nice and cozy place, clean and comfortable. It's a one bedroom with a small dinning room and kitchen. It's convenient to cook meals with stoves. It is on the first floor, friendly to big luggage. It's all your own place when close the door. Don't need to share bathroom. Erlinda is very nice, helps lot. It is about 20min to drive here from town center.

Very convenient for Summertown in Oxford, but the city centre is also just a short bus ride away. The room was perfect, very spacious, and I loved the ability to adjust the lighting.

Beautiful house in beautiful location. Amanda was so kind and welcoming, and this will be my go-to place if I need to stay in the area again. Bedroom was gorgeous.

This is a perfect place if you are visiting Oxford. It’s. 10 minute walk to Christ Church. Everyone at Newton house is super nice and accommodating. The rooms were very nice and clean. Would definitely stay here again
