Super clean, super friendly, very attentive and promptly response to any question. Price is a budget you can afford, solo or family is a very nice place to stay... Almost like home....with visitors. The clean environment is one of the most eye catching on your stay, the kitchen is super handy, my wife love to cook and she was so happy, thanks for that. I only regret one thing from this place.....that We didn't found it before, honestly. This place has a very high level understanding of customer service, So far it's been the first place where we could found ourselves very comfortable around London for a budget. I'm impressed!!!! Bravo!!!

It was a spacious light-filled room, in a nice neighborhood with trees. It was close to an Underground station that went straight into central London

As a solo traveler, I can say this was the perfect spot. It’s a quick walk or bus ride to the tube which took me into the city quickly. I loved just touring around London and then making my way back to the neighborhood where you can get food and drinks for the fraction of the cost compared to central London. A lively neighborhood but not loud enough to keep me awake. Honestly cannot wait to return because I will be staying here again. Super affordable and very friendly staff!

West Hampstead is a lovely quiet location with excellent access to transport, just 20 - 30 minutes from central London. Lola’s Cafe & other pubs & eateries a 10 minute stroll away. We stayed in the 1 bedroom studio with private bathroom & kitchenette, it was clean with modern bathroom & plenty of space to store toiletries & hang clothes up. Bed was comfy & everything lovely & clean. A cosy room. I would highly recommend this place especially if you book this room

I needed a place for one night stay due to work, and Zozy was convenient as it was far from central London. Mena was great, place was clean, had a cleaner there when I arrived, kitchen facilities everything you could need. Definitely staying again if I were to be close to central London for work, it's a 0 minute Uber ride.

Couldn't have asked for a better homestay! The room was even bigger than the pictures, and the private bathroom was perfect. It was also cool to have my own set of doors to the garden! The hosts were so kind and inclusive, they really made me feel welcome and also made great conversation! The home is well-connected, with several buses nearby where you can transfer to the Jubilee or Northern lines or to Paddington station, which is all you need to get to Central London. I definitely plan to make this my place to stay whenever I visit London!
