Super clean, super friendly, very attentive and promptly response to any question. Price is a budget you can afford, solo or family is a very nice place to stay... Almost like home....with visitors. The clean environment is one of the most eye catching on your stay, the kitchen is super handy, my wife love to cook and she was so happy, thanks for that. I only regret one thing from this place.....that We didn't found it before, honestly. This place has a very high level understanding of customer service, So far it's been the first place where we could found ourselves very comfortable around London for a budget. I'm impressed!!!! Bravo!!!

I needed a place for one night stay due to work, and Zozy was convenient as it was far from central London. Mena was great, place was clean, had a cleaner there when I arrived, kitchen facilities everything you could need. Definitely staying again if I were to be close to central London for work, it's a 0 minute Uber ride.
