Not only were staff/owners willing to let me check in early, but they even texted me to let me know when the room would be ready (HOURS before official check-in time)! I really appreciated that! Truly hospitable. The room was sparkling clean, and the bed was comfy.

What a superb place to stay to get a super relaxing nights sleep.. a very quiet location, with private entrance and private off road parking.. I needed a place to sleep well, before racing at the Outlaw Triathlon, and this property ticked all the boxes.. it is literally a 5 min drive to the Holme Pierrepoint Water Sports Centre.. It had absolutely everything you could need inside and was impecabbly clean.. with plenty cushions, pillows, throw overs on the bed, for an excellent nights sleep. . there was even coffee/tea/milk breakfast snacks, fruit and little surprises left for me on arrival.. which is always a nice touch.. The owners were super accommodating with me, allowing for a later check out, to save me rushing back from racing - which really was appreciated. This place really is very well equipped, beautifully furnished, and superbly thought out. I would highly recommend this little gem.. and I will most certainly be returning next year for the whole weekend this time.. Thank you so much once again :)
