What a lovely, welcoming stay. All Staff were extremely friendly and professional and we had a really comfortable night's sleep. We loved being able to park right outside the front door of the annexe. Absolutely delicious homemade bread for breakfast too. Stunning sea view at the end of the road (2 minute walk) I would recommend Baytree House - it was perfect for our 2 night stay.

The property was well thought out in a lovely quiet location. It had everything we needed and felt like a home away from home. It was perfect for 2 people. It was so quiet I was able to sleep during the day having done night shifts! The outside space was really nice to chill in during the day. Breakfast was a choice of cereals toast and eggs bacon sausage beans and eggs. That was cooked fresh. We arrived later for breakfast plenty of orange juice milk for tea coffee or cereal. Can request more if needed.

The staff are very friendly. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. The B&B was only a few minutes walk from the sea front. Parking is made easy by asking for a temporary parking permit from the B&B. A good cooked breakfast!!
