Very comfortable, clean, stylish rooms, exceptionally well fit for a guesthouse. Nice host, dog-friendly, good breakfast. Goo located in City Centre, parking was no problem.

I'm very content with my stay in this guest house.
Cosy and well-equipped room, very friendly and helpful host and great location (peaceful area) with access to shops/pubs/ restaurants & public transport.

The whole stay was fantastic and Richard was the perfect host very helpful and knowledgeable
The guest house could not have been closer to the city centre and near all the main attractions
The final plus was Harley the dog very friendly and as a dog owner I couldn’t have been more pleased

Great host, lovely warm and comfy large room for the 3 of us, very clean. Ample parking for our large van and within walking distance to shops, pubs and restaurants. The price was very cheap too, they could easily charge more for what you get.
