We had a wonderful stay at this cozy guesthouse in Bakuriani! The place is spotless, with perfectly clean rooms and comfortable accommodations. The owners are incredibly welcoming and always ready to help, making the stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights is the common area, where guests can gather and have fun playing billiards, table football, and ping pong. It’s a great spot to relax after a day on the slopes. Borjomi is one of our favourite Georgian towns and Alex's place is perfect to explore it. With all the local knowledge of what to see and where to eat, Alex and his family are invaluable source of information (not only about town but virtually about anywhere in Georgia). The rooms are nice and cosy and we noticed that we had the best sleep there in ages. All the facilities are present, we didn't feel like missing anything.

Loved this place. Very clean, comfortable beds, hot water, well equipped and clean kitchen. Super sweet and welcoming host. And a wonderful little garden with views of the valley/forest. Very quiet and chilled. Great value for money, absolutely loved it. Would come back again!

The apartment is comfortable, there's everything one might need for a short trip. There's a cozy little kitchen, a nice bathroom and bedroom. There's also a very friendly dog who we enjoyed meeting. The hosts are super nice. Highly recommended!
