Great location. Within easy walking distance to supermarkets, cafes, McDonalds, Wendy's, gelaterias, the spectacular Colchi Fountain, banks, money exchange shops, the Green Bazaar, old book stalls, bakeries....Many happy memories of Kutaisi... The host Prikia( spelling maybe incorrect) was attractive lady who was courteous and helpful. She provided prompt help with taxis, and made frequent change of linen and towels. Communal kitchen well equipped with stovetops, microwave oven, cookware, utensils, big fridge, and has peaceful ambience. Appreciate that linen and towels do not have detergent scents which irritate skin. Also like the fact that I could adjust the heating in the room and the bathroom.

The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, helping us plan our activities, offering us some very nice wine and chacha distilled on site, cooking up a great breakfast, and ensuring we did not miss the best time to admire the sunset. The room was very comfortable and the view from the terrace is stunning.
