What a nice place! The rooms are spacious and clean, Theona is a wonderful host and the location is perfect, if you prefer quiet nights and beautiful walks. We had a great time and even returned after a short detour to Ushguli. Highly recommend this place!

We had an amazing time staying at Galash-R. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home. We looked forward to breakfast every morning-- it was always delicious! The room was spacious and cozy. We also had a lovely view of the mountains. The location was perfect-- easy walking to the main street. We wish we could have stayed longer! The place is a little bit outside of the city in a beautiful nature surrounding. The room was clean and comfortable, WiFi worked properly. There's enough space for parking if you come with your own car. They have a big kitchen that you can use. If you want to sit around the fire place at night just inform the host, he's very kind and helpful and will also give you recommendations for further trips and your travels in Georgia. He's the only person who speaks English though, so make sure to ask for him and don't get frustrated with the other employees, they're also very nice, they just don't speak English. Highly recommended!

Beautiful guest house with a wonderful view and atmosphere. The beds were comfy, the water was hot, the WiFi worked great, the guest areas are big and clean, and the hosts were super friendly and hospitable. The location is also perfect, only a few blocks from the main street but super quiet and peaceful. There are also hiking trails only a couple minutes away by walking. Perfect stay we were thrilled with the experience.
