This is a great place to stay. The host was extremely kind and helpful. The internet and air-conditioning worked perfectly. The room was clean and the apartment has a really good location. I would definitely recommend if you’re in Tbilisi.

I very much enjoyed my stay here. The hosts are very friendly. The older people who live there don't speak English but are friendly and helpful nonetheless. Communication was easiest through messaging to the daughter who was very quick to respond and made sure everything was attended to. Everything was very clean and nicely done. Bed was comfortable. Nice to have a kettle to make some tea and breakfast. I could leave my luggage there. Location is perfect close to the metro station and several shops, and walkable to the old town (going back is up the hill though). Aircon worked well. The place costs a little more but you do get more comfort and a nicer room for it. I'd stay here again!

Great people! A nice, warm, welcoming family who will make you feel at home without being too intrusive. We had a few nice conversations and some good advice on what to visit around. The room is very spacious, and all the equipment works well. Nice shared garden, enjoyable to relax. Nice placement, small shops, and bakeries nearby, not too far from the center, but far enough so you can relax and sleep without the noise. Thanks again to them, we will come again without any hesitation!

Wonderful accommodation in a beautiful area of the city. The place is very quiet, comfortable, and authentic. The entire apartment was spotlessly clean, and well-maintained. The kitchen was particularly impressive: it was very clean, beautiful, and stocked with plenty of tableware and utensils. Many thanks to the hosts, who are very nice people! They even met me at the entrance when I got a little lost. We also had a very pleasant conversation! If I return to Tbilisi, I will definitely stay here again and will recommend it to everyone😊

Only good things to say about this place. The owner met us on the street and welcomed us in. We couldn't speak each other's language but he was so friendly to us. He let us check in early because of our early flight. Very comfortable room. Perfectly clean. Hot water, kettle, fridge, good wifi, soft beds. What more do you need. Also incredible location. There's even a little bakery at the end of the street. Definitely recommend a visit there too. 10/10. I would recommend to anyone and definitely would stay again.
