The staff is so wonderful!! Ray with family and staff made us feel like one in the family! Clean, comfortable, nice room. Breakfast was supergood! We did the waterfall tour with them that was so nice and you really got to see the island. Doing the laundry is available and cheap. Overall we felt like princesses with them always being there and helping with everything we wished for.

Amazing experience we have here. Incredible facilities, infity swimming pool with chill out zone. The sunsets there are incredible. Best sunsets we had ever seen in Indonesia. Rooms are clean. Chill, relax and take it easy. The owner are so welcoming and people working there are amazing too (specially Jay). If we come back to Lombok we will not have any doubts to come back with them. The staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful. They really take care of you and make sure everything is perfect. The food is excellent and the swimming pool is great. Such a relaxing place and I highly recommend it.

We had the best time at Puncak and didn’t want to leave Jean-Paul and Nury are the best hosts and nothing is a problem. From the beautiful rooms to the amazing views we were in paradise. The breakfast was really good and so was the food from the menu . The pool was simply stunning and we habitually kept taking pictures in and out of it….. We opted to use bluebird taxis in and out of sengiggi which worked well. We loved our time and were sad to leave … thanks again Jp and Nury

Very relaxing, friendly and helpful. Loved chatting to management and staff and found other guests very friendly. Enjoyed tasting local food shared by a family from Lombok in the pool area. Had the whole entire top floor area above restaurant for our family. Terima kasih Diva Lombok. Sampai jumpa lagi.

The owners here are absolutely lovely people. They really can't do enough to help you and make you feel comfortable. I was delayed by about 3/4 hours and they still allowed me to check in. Not only that, they made me food and gave me a fresh coconut as I'd had a long journey (despite me not asking for anything as it was already past midnight and I was just grateful they stayed up for me to check in). They also set up a washing line for me to dry my clothes. Due to the delay, I had no time to do laundry as I was leaving early the next morning. The homestay is brand new so they are still building certain facilities to make it nicer for their guests. If you're like me and enjoy supporting locals with a new business, staying in a local area, getting to know them and their culture etc. then this place is a great find. If you're looking for a well established luxury stay, probably not.
