We had a great stay. The price was the best in Dublin at that time. The bathrooms are shared but they are clean and renovated and there are enough of them. The room was spacious and clean. Location is perfect in the center of Dublin and with a cheap overnight parking nearby (250m, 14EUR/night until 10am). We liked the self-checkin process. There is even a small kithchen area with microvawe and toster and kitchen utensils.

Everything was great. The decor is retro and done in a lovely manner. Rooms were spotless and shower was great ( nearly nicked the Ginseng shower gel😄). It's a small walk from the Smithfield Luas stop, so it's location is spot on. Most of all, James is an unreal host. Although only talking to him for a small while, his friendly and helpful manner was really appreciated. A gent!
