What a magnificent place to stay! Gorgeous comfortable rooms, a wonderful lounge area all decked out for Christmas with a wonderful fire. Michael and Sian made us feel right at home and we honestly wanted to stay for longer! They left us a toaster and fridge and provisions for snacks after our massive Christmas dinner at Harvey’s Point (highly recommend) and plenty of firewood.

Breakfast was provided, place was immaculately clean, lots of hot water, great shower and very quiet location. Possibly the best place we have stayed in our 3 weeks in Ireland and we work on a budget of around 80 euros, no more than 100 euros.

I can only recommend it. We thought we would stay 1 night but ended up staying 2! Our room was cosy and the breakfast was really nice. Location was amazing, 10 minute walk to town through a lively country road, the grounds were perfect with a view of the mountains. We booked the double twin rooms two huge double beds and a balcony on to beautiful garden surrounded by a woodland walk. Staff were very friendly, great vibes, everything and everyone was super relaxed, they absolutely nailed it!!! Hotels like this are few and far between, irish hospitality exemplified, never change!! Lastly the breakfast, finally a breakfast cooked to order with soft eggs, 10/10...definitely coming back and bringing more people next time. Not to be missed
