100% recomended... If you want to experience the real soul of Goa this is the place you have to choose. First things first... Location is perfect, the whole Arambol; beach, restaurants, shops etc are within walking distance. If you want to stay in the house there is a cosy common place where you can spend your time, making new friend from all over the world, have time together with other guests and maybe even make music together in the evening if you like. Bunty and Haley are always there to assist you. They are really helpful. They answered all our needs, gave us tips about Goa with a warm heart. Thanks for your hospitality guys...

Greetings to all! I want to write a great review about this hotel! My wife and I really liked everything! above all our expectations. location, safety, attitude of staff towards guests. I would like to specifically note the cleanliness of the rooms and area. We suddenly decided to change location in the middle of our vacation, just for a change. but having looked for another hotel in the area, they could not find a place with the same cleanliness, so they stayed with the Brothers until their departure. And finally, a special compliment to the hotel owners! these cheerful and kind brothers were happy to help us in any matter! Aksai and Eddie, thank you very much for everything!     Great location: quiet, yet close to everything you may need. The property is clean and well maintained, rooms are spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The family that owns and runs the place are honest, decent, and truly caring. We wholeheartedly recommend this guest house and would definitely stay here again.
