The location is amazing as it is very close to the beach. Moreover, the place is very peaceful as the area is less crowded than other parts of Goa. Denis is always accommodating to all requests and delivers excellent services. it is highly recommended for all those who love a peaceful and clean environment to relax and rejuvenate. He even had a dedicated site for a campfire to beat the cold nights. It's not too fancy but has all the basic required amenities that will fulfill your vacation requirements and will surely be affordable on your budget.

Mrs Hajira the owner and Maya the caretaker were very nice and welcoming. Mrs Hajira checked us in earlier than our supposed time as we arrived 6am which was very nice of her. The property was everything that you would need on a visit to Colva, location was accessible to anything and you can get a ride anywhere. Mrs Hajira helped us rent a scooter and arranged our flight back to the airport. Would totally recommend this place!

The courtyard was spectacular. Lots of trees, flowers, bushes, etc., very quiet and peaceful. Clean air and lots of birds singing. The owners were very friendly, professional, helpful and will do everything to address any issues. There is a veranda where you can sit in the courtyard and relax. It's nice and quiet in the area as well. I do recommend this guest house.

Free water provided to drink. Everything you need is here, the best part is the owner and is kindness and always taking care of the customers, he is a good Christian man and so helpful. There is nothing that you ask him and he can't help or give information. It was my birthday and he actually bought a birthday cake with my name on it and balloons, even came to the room and sang birthday songs and took pictures and videos. There is no other hotels I have stayed in that did this or gave me such a pleasant stay. The price of this hotel is so so cheap compared to the neatness and good care this hotel takes of their guests. The staff is such a fast and amazing guy. He deals to all your daily needs and helping in anyway possible. He cleans the rooms super clean and it smells so amazing and he is so active in everything he is doing in this hotel, so kind so helpful and so amazing. When ever I come to Goa this will always be my hotel I stay in. It's more expensive here than Chennai and Bangalore and so , Uber and ola don't work here and it's abit expensive to travel and eat here but please download the app goa miles for transportation and below also I have given a cheap and also tasty restaurant.
