The staff was very friendly and George was amazing as a host. From getting a faulty heater replaced instantly to providing us with excellent help and support in getting our car fixed - late evening this was, I might add, and he came to meet us and guide us all the way into the city where we were stuck - he was just unbelievable as a host.
