We had an absolutely lovely two-night stay at this charming accommodation in Iceland. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how immaculately clean everything was - clearly a lot of care goes into maintaining this property. Our host Veronique was simply delightful and made us feel so welcome throughout our visit. She was incredibly helpful and friendly, which really enhanced our overall experience. The space itself was cozy and inviting, with a warm atmosphere that made it feel like a home away from home. We were pleased to find that the accommodation was very well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location worked perfectly for our Iceland adventure, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to rest after our days of exploring this beautiful country. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for clean, comfortable accommodation with exceptional hospitality. The location was remote and absolutely beautiful with stunning views of the mountains. There were horses in the pasture, sheep greeted us on the drive in and a mama bird was nesting on her eggs along the gravel road to the property. The neighbors had posted a stake in the ground to announce her presence and protect her from traffic. All this peace, yet we were very close to the main road and less than 5 minutes to the town of Hella where we picked up groceries and went out to dinner. Svetlana and her husband are absolutely lovely people. She had a Ukrainian speciality waiting for us on the table in the kitchen when we arrived, a plateful of the most delicious treats- like a cross between an American pancake and love. She offered to show us how to make this on the morning we checked out, bringing us into her kitchen and sending us on our way with a plateful of warm goodies and great stories we will remember. Her husband was equally charming and we would love to have talked to both of them for days. If you love dogs, be sure to ask to meet Stella. She's a good girl!

Great location, lots of places of interests to be easily reached by car. The room was clean and warm.I appreciate our own ketlle and coffee maker in room. The owners were very friendly and nice. We also could use the common kitchen anytime - also great bonus.

Super easy to get the keys, one of our rooms was a door code the other was a lockbox. Everything was nice and clean. The shared spaces were large and plentiful. The beds were so comfortable, I wish my bed at home was like that.
