The owners were very friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable. Their English was excellent. We felt that we had experienced some of Iceland's culture that we would not have if we stayed in a chain hotel. And it was very close to the airport.

Really unique guesthouse. Dagmar owner really tell u everything which u need to know before arrival with every small detail. Breakfast are included with good kitchen. Whole place is like your second home. Got really nice living room with a lot of games couch. When we visited there they got some kind of agreement with local swimming pool with thermal water, sauna, hot tubs for free which was incredible benefit !

Situated in Gardur, 48 km from Keilir Golf Club, Garður Apartments features a garden and views of the sea. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property.

I was afraid it would be loud, judging by old reviews. But it was very quiet, really all the people came to this hotel before their plane and everyone was resting. I will come back here again. There was tea, coffee, even nuts.
