Did I mention the excellent air conditioning system? Amenities: ★★★★★ The bathroom alone is worth the stay—a luxurious space lined with marble walls featuring dual sinks, hair dryers, and a magnificent rainfall shower that transforms your morning routine into a spa-like experience. You'll genuinely feel like royalty. The bedroom continues this theme of understated luxury with exceptionally comfortable beds and quality mattresses that guarantee a good night's sleep. The addition of a separate television in the bedroom is a thoughtful touch for those evenings when you want to unwind before sleep. For those inclined to self-cater, a well-equipped kitchen is available—though with Bologna's renowned culinary scene at your doorstep, you might wonder why you'd ever use it! Most of all, since it’s a newly built accommodation, everything was neat and clean. Overall, the room and bathroom were spacious, and everything was well-organized, including the coffee machine with capsules and the complimentary drinks in the fridge. The proximity to the central station was excellent—just a stone’s throw away—and the city center was only a 10-minute walk. The route to the hotel felt safe, even at night. When I struggled with check-in because it was my first time using a digital signal system to open the gate—and I didn’t have WiFi or an internet connection at the time—the staff promptly assisted me and reassured me. I found the staff very kind and highly appreciated their help.

Modern, clean, spacious and excellent central location

Everything was perfect! Communication and the warm welcome were excellent, and the parking recommendation was super helpful. Since the property is brand new, everything was spotlessly clean. The shower was by far the best I’ve experienced in any hotel so far. Having complimentary Nespresso was a great bonus. The location is amazing, very close to the city center. The only small downside was that the main entrance key was a bit tricky to use, but it didn’t affect the overall experience. If I come back to Bologna, I would definitely stay here again.
